About Me
Hey there, I’m Michael. Nice to e-meet you! 👋
I'm a product and operations leader with experience leading software, teams, and businesses.
Over the past decade, I've worn many hats: Director of Customer Success, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Chief Operating Officer, and most recently Head of Operations for a celebrity-backed hydration brand. Whether I'm launching products, building teams, improving operations, or helping founders turn ideas into reality, I enjoy creating clarity where things feel messy, helping teams focus on what matters most, and moving great ideas forward.
My approach combines strategy, empathy, and execution. I started my career building software products and later co-founded and helped grow an e-commerce agency that I eventually exited. Today I work with growing businesses to build stronger teams, improve customer experiences, and create the systems that keep everything moving forward.
What ties all of my experience together is a simple idea: building calm, scalable operations for growing teams (because chaos is overrated). I do this by creating systems that help fast-moving teams stay aligned without losing momentum.
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that great results come from great relationships. I care deeply about helping people succeed, building trust, and creating environments where teams can do their best work. When people feel supported, aligned, and empowered, the results tend to follow.
