Hey there, I’m Michael—nice to e-meet you! 👋
As a product leader and business owner with over ten years in tech, I thrive on helping teams reach their goals by blending my passions for people and technology. My journey began as a product manager at a SaaS company, and I later founded SellerSmile, a venture I’m proud to have built and sold after six fulfilling years. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats, including Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Director of Customer Success.
These experiences have equipped me with a diverse skill set, but what truly drives me is leading with empathy. Empathy is at the heart of everything I do—whether it's saving a customer time, onboarding a new hire, or solving complex problems. It serves as a constant reminder that we’re all navigating from point A to point B, and collaboration makes the journey easier. 🙂
I’m wholeheartedly dedicated to being the best facilitator I can be for every team I collaborate with because I genuinely care about helping others succeed.
